YOUTH CIRCUS CLASS

For Girls and Boys 13 to 18 years old

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023-24 SEASON OPENS IN JUNE

Our Youth Circus class is for boys and girls ages 13-18.   The class is designed to be a safe and engaging activity where students can learn a variety of acrobatic, circus and performing skills in fun and cooperative environment. Those skills will create a foundation for acrobatics and performance.  We will focus on four primary areas starting with partner acrobatics and including juggling, aerial skills and elements of acting, clowning and more.  The result will be a well-rounded, fun and safe experience for all the students.  

DISCIPLINES AND TECHNIQUES

There are many different disciplines this class cover.  Every specific discipline has its very own skill progression and we will teach each one accordingly.  Any experience level is welcome as the pace of the class will go as fast or slow as the students progress.

CLASS SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Classes will be held on Sundays from 5:00 to 6:30.  Classes start September 12th at the Haskin Circus Complex at Florida State University.  Click here to  see a map of the location.

The fall class session will run from September 10th to November 19th.   Classes will resume on January 28th and run until the spring performance in April (Date and time TBA).  

FEES AND REGISTRATION

The price for this class is $350 for the fall session.    The cost of the spring session is $350.  There is an annual registration fee of $50 due at registration.  Fees can be paid in monthly installments or paid in full.

Registration for the 2023-24 season will open in July. When registration opens you will find the registration link here. The link will take you to the waiver and registration page. You can register multiple students at one time.

Once you complete your registration you will be redirected to the class fees page where you can pay the registration fee. If you like you can also add tuition fee payments on that same page. If you have any questions regarding registration please email us.

SPRING PERFORMANCE

At the conclusion of the spring session we will hold a performance under the big top to showcase all that students have learned throughout the year.  The spring performance will be in April of 2024.  There will be a fee to participate in the spring performance due in October to cover the cost of costumes and the event.
